Ordering Process

Your Custom Artwork Journey: Simple, Personal and Seamless

  • Select a high-quality picture that best showcases your pet’s unique features and personality. If you are unsure which image would work best, you are welcome to send several, and I will assist you in choosing the most suitable one. The clearer and more detailed the reference photo, the more precise the final artwork will be.

  • Decide on the size of your painting and any specific style or background preferences

  • Once you have your photo(s) and details ready, fill out the order form on my website or send me a message with all the necessary information. This ensures I have everything I need to start your project.

  • After reviewing your order, I will confirm all the details and provide the next steps. I will also share additional information regarding the payment process and an estimated timeline for completing your portrait.

  • I will create several mockups based on your photo and preferences. You’ll be able to choose your favorite composition, background and overall look before I start painting.

  • Once you approve the mockup, a partial payment is required:

    • If the total price is under £500, you’ll pay 50% of the remaining balance.

    • If the total price is over £500, you’ll pay 30% of the remaining balance.

    This ensures we’re both fully committed to bringing your vision to life.

  • With everything confirmed, I will begin creating your custom portrait. Throughout the process, I carefully refine every detail to ensure the artwork beautifully captures your pet’s essence. If any adjustments are needed along the way, minor modifications can be made to enhance the final result.

  • Once your portrait is complete, I will carefully package your artwork and provide tracking details so you know when to expect your masterpiece. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the size of the painting.

  • Your unique, hand-painted portrait is now ready to be displayed and cherished for years to come. Once you receive your artwork, the remaining balance will be due.
